Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Germany) We ship within Germany via DHL. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Digital Products STL files and other digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after purchase — no shipping applies.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
